During the summer our condo is available for rent from Saturday to Saturday for $800.00. You can enjoy boating, fishing or jet-skiing on the lake. Tennis is available, swimming in the Olympic size pool or golfing at the course next door! During the evening stroll through Bemus Point, often referred to as a little Cape Cod. Sit and rock on the porch of the Hotel Lenhart, then onto dinner and music at any of the local restaurants. Before you leave, visit world renown Chautauqua Institute for a lecture or a concert in the outdoor amphitheater.
Boaters, snowmobilers and

hectic lives love our
"Get-Away-Weekends". In the
off-season, rent our condo from noon on Friday till 5 p.m. on
Sunday from $215 to $265. That includes firewood for the fireplace and a bottle of wine!
The condo has all the amenities of home; TV with VCR,
microwave, dishwasher and
coffee maker, washer and dryer, central-air and outdoor gas grill. All linens and towels
provided, just bring your tooth brush!
Spring and fall are also great times to enjoy the beauty of Chautauqua Lake. If you want to watch the leaves change, please book early!
